Our suitcases are crafted from premium aerospace-grade aluminium-magnesium alloy, offering exceptional strength, resilience, and a striking metallic finish.
Are the suitcases waterproof?
The aluminium shell is water-resistant, and the seamless, zipless frame structure
offers additional protection. However, they are not fully waterproof under
submersion.
Are these suitcases lightweight?
Compared to polycarbonate or fabric luggage, aluminium is slightly heavier, but its unmatched protection, elegance, and long-term durability outweigh the
difference.
Are the corners reinforced?
Yes. All suitcases feature precision-moulded aluminium corner guards for added impact protection during travel, offering not only a sleek, modern aesthetic

Are the wheels replaceable?
Yes. The wheels are modular and replaceable, but only with THE EXCELLENCE CARBON
FIBRE SERIES.
Is the interior as premium as the exterior?

polyester fabric, designed for easy disassembly and reconfiguration. This

Will the suitcase dent or scratch during travel?
Aluminium is strong but can develop surface marks over time, especially during air travel. These add to the suitcase's patina and unique character—much like a
luxury watch or leather bag.
Do the locks meet international travel standards?
Yes, all suitcases are fitted with TSA-approved combination locks, accepted globally by airport security agencies.

Shipping Returns & Warranty
Do you ship across India? How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Yes, we offer pan-India delivery with trusted courier partners. Standard delivery
time is 7-10 working days depending on your location. Please note: most items
take a minimum 1 to 2 days to leave our warehouse before the shipping process
begins
Is international shipping available?
Currently, we only ship within India.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can also log in to your account to track real-time order status.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We ensure rigorous quality checks, but in rare cases of manufacturing defects or
transit damage, please place a return in their original packaging within 7 days
of delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Currently we do not provide any cancellation of product, once the order is placed. We recommend initiating a return once the order is delivered.
Can I exchange my suitcase for a different size or model?
We currently do not offer product exchanges for items purchased through our
website. We recommend initiating a return and placing a new order if you would
like a different product.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of
delivery. Please refer to our Returns policy Policy for more details.
Is there a warranty on the suitcases?
Yes, every suitcase comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing
defects. This does not include damage caused by mishandling or wear and tear.
Care & Ownership
How do I clean the aluminium exterior?
Use a soft microfiber cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or
harsh cleaning agents. Use luggage cover for extra protection. CHAVELLE
provides a thick PVC luggage cover with all its products.
