CHAVELLE Return & Refund Policy


At CHAVLLE, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with our products,
website security, and customer support. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you
may choose to return the product.

Return Guidelines:

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging,
    along with the invoice. Such returned Product(s) should be unused and should not carry
    dents, tears, scratches, stains, or dirt, etc.
  • Product purchased during ‘end of season sale’, ‘mid-season sale’ or any other offer or sale,
    by whatever name called, are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt by writing to us at
    chavelle.customercare@gmail.com for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you can initiate a return by clicking the "Return Order"
    tab on our website.
  • Please refer to the Refund section below for more details on how refunds are processed for
    returned items.

7-Day Return Policy:

At CHAVELLE, we stand by the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives
damaged or defective, you may return it within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.
  • It should be returned in the original packaging, along with the invoice.

Our courier partner will collect the item from your provided address and return it to us. Once
received and inspected, a refund or credit will be issued accordingly.

Return Charges:

We have got you covered. There are no shipping charges for returning a defective or damaged
product. Our courier partner will handle the pick-up at no extra cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Click the "Return Order" tab on our website within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Wait for Confirmation
    Do not send the product back before receiving an official confirmation via email or call from
    the CHAVELLE team.
  3. Prepare the Product for Return
    Ensure the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and unaltered.
  4. Include the Invoice
    Place the original invoice inside the return package. Returns without the invoice will not be
    processed.

    Please Note: Return requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by the
    original invoice.
  • Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the refund request.

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to your account via the original mode of
    payment
    .
  • Where a User had opted for cash on delivery option for payment towards the purchased
    Products, CHAVELLE shall process all refunds into User’s valid bank accounts, if details of such
    accounts are provided by the User to Reliance at the time of refund.
  • For online payments, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date the
    product is received at CHAVELLE's warehouse.


Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer product exchanges for items purchased through our website. We
recommend initiating a return and placing a new order if you would like a different product.

360° Unboxing Video Policy

To be eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements, recording a 360° unboxing video of your CHAVELLE luggage is mandatory. This ensures transparency and helps resolve any issues related to damage, defects, or missing accessories.

How to Record:

  • Place the sealed CHAVELLE luggage on a flat surface in good lighting and start recording before opening.
  • Show the luggage from all sides (360° view), including the shipping label.
  • Record the entire unboxing in one continuous shot—no pauses or edits.
  • Display the luggage and all included accessories from all angles once unboxed.

⚠️ Important: Requests without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted for return, refund, or replacement.
